Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nicosia, Cyprus. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, formal legal proceedings may be initiated in accordance with the jurisdiction provisions above.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Pixel Craft on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel Craft concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
